A staircase shapes the home and draws the eye. At ODEA Interior it is always in solid wood, shaped and fitted to measure in your home. The railing, in turn, is chosen in glass or steel, in the same language as your kitchens and doors.
Three main lines to begin: Z-shaped, classic or right-angled. The layout then adapts to your space, between two walls, floating or semi-floating. All that remains is to choose the species of wood.

The layout
Between two walls
Set between two walls, pared back, often with no visible railing.
Floating
The treads seem to float along the wall, for an airy effect and plenty of light.
Semi-floating
The middle ground: the lightness of the floating design, with a more reassuring footing.
Species & finish
Wood first
Oak
The reigning species: clean grain, warm tone, ages beautifully.
Walnut
The deep brown of a precious species, worked on demand.
Rubberwood
Light and even, a fine and regular grain, the accessible alternative.
Railing
The structure stays in wood; the railing is chosen in glass or steel.
All our treads receive a hardened-oil finish: a durable surface, almost indestructible and stain-resistant, easy to maintain day to day.
