Which data we collect
The site provides neither a user account nor a client area. We only collect the data that you send us yourself:
- via the contact form, operated by the Tally tool (tally.so): the information you enter there, such as your name, your contact details and the content of your message;
- via a direct e-mail to info@odea.be: your e-mail address and the content of your message.
No other personal data is collected without your knowledge.
Why we use it
This data serves solely to respond to your requests, to prepare a quote and to arrange a possible appointment at the showroom. It is neither sold on nor used for advertising purposes.
Legal basis
The processing rests on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (article 6.1.b of the GDPR) and on our legitimate interest in responding to the people who contact us (article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
Retention period
We keep your data for a maximum of 24 months after the last contact, unless an ongoing project or a legal obligation justifies keeping it longer. It is then deleted.
Recipients and processors
Your data is not passed to any third party for commercial purposes. The contact form is operated by Tally (tally.so), which acts as a processor; the form data is hosted within the European Union.
Cookies and third-party services
The site currently uses neither tracking cookies nor any audience-analytics tool.
Two third-party services are embedded on certain pages: the Tally form and a Google Maps map. These integrations may set their own technical cookies, necessary for them to function.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights over your personal data:
- a right of access and copy;
- a right of rectification;
- a right of erasure;
- a right to object to the processing;
- a right to the portability of your data.
